This is really good to see from the DOE. Student loans have been a way to fund colleges and universities indirectly for decades. This is a painful but necessary move. The federal government should get entirely out of the student loan business and turn it back over to the private markets.

I've written before about using stories to get my son going in the morning. Today my son flipped the script and took over telling the story, and it was fantastic. I see a new evolution in the value of the story playing out in real time.

Take down your taxidermied deer heads when taking pictures to sell your house. Even in the South, it looks weird. If you ever see a photo in a listing and there’s a deer head, they are losing money on the sale.
