It’s nighttime at the polling station that doubles as a community center. I’ve just finished my workout at the gym, and I’m walking to my car. It’s raining, and there’s a long line to vote. I tell them as I pass that they’re good Americans for voting in the rain. They laugh. I love my countrymen.
