Any attempt by AI lab leaders to curtail model release or restrict usage by the government is almost always an effort at regulatory capture of a market, and we should stand against it.

Instead, I favor guardrails for the people who build guardrails for awesome new technologies.
They're the ones with a terrible track record of derailing progress.
